The Bhartiya Bhasha Kendra is jointly operated by the Vishwarang Foundation and Rabindranath Tagore University. The primary objective of the Centre is to strengthen Hindi as a language of knowledge by connecting it with global intellectual traditions, rather than limiting it solely to translation.

Publications
The Centre has published several significant books and journals focused on literature, culture, and translation. The monthly magazine Vanmali Katha provides a shared platform for contemporary Hindi, Indian, and world literature.
